Jordan helped us rewrite our entire lending structure. He was extremely helpful in saving the farm money while at the same time relieving some of the burdens of our old set up. Jordan is truly a pleasure to work with.

I’ve had the opportunity to interact with many different commercial lenders and banks. I choose to work with Jordan Solowiej and West Shore Bank. Jordan takes the time to listen to my goals and plans for my business and instead of saying, “That won’t work,” he always works with us to find a solution that’s a win-win, for our business and the bank. As a result of the partnership, Jordan has helped us expand our business and we’re working on our next project together. I highly recommend Jordan Solowiej and West Shore Bank.

In June of 2015, my partner and I were actively working on building a new shop in Scottville, Michigan to expand our Servpro Services into Mason County. We had bought property on the five lane and were negotiating having a building erected to house our new Servpro shop and offices. Jordan Solowiej from West Shore Bank was working with us on financing the project. On June 12, a Friday afternoon, I received a call from Jordan that a building had gone on the market across the road, but that it would not last long. Jordan arranged for John and I to meet with the sales representative that afternoon, and on Saturday we made an offer to buy the property. Jordan had all the financing in place on Monday and we were one of three businesses allowed to continue bidding.

We made a second offer and won the bid for the building on Wednesday. We closed the following Monday, June 22. This building saved us nearly $200,000 and six months over the cost and time of constructing a new building. It would not have been possible on many levels without Jordan and West Shore Bank.

I have worked with Mr. Jordan Solowiej on my business banking needs for many years. What I believe separates Jordan from the rest is the time and effort he puts into understanding my business to make sure I am getting the financial products I need. He finds ways to get the specific product I need, rather than reasons they can’t do it. I would recommend Jordan and West Shore Bank to any small business looking for a banking relationship that helps give them a competitive advantage.

Working with our local bank far exceeded our expectations and we truly value the professionalism and care for our accounts. For over ten years of being self-employed, the only constant has been our relationship with Jordan Solowiej at West Shore Bank. Through the highs and lows, he has stood by our side with a calm manner and keen intuition. It is an honor to call Jordan a partner of our business team. Any success thus far is easily attributed to his sound advice (whether or not it was what we wanted to hear). To know that there is someone who genuinely cares about your success and future as much as you do is completely astounding. We are not just an account number at West Shore Bank: we are part of their family, and are extremely grateful.
